Job Desks & Proker

This is our job desks and proker (program kerja)


JOB DESK


o Vice President Internal :
- Membantu kerja Representative dalam hal internal organisasi
- Dapat menggantikan fungsi dan tugas Representative apabila berhalangan

o Vice President External :
- Membantu kerja Representative dalam hal eksternal (berkaitan dengan dunia luar)
- Dapat menggantikan fungsi dan tugas Representative apabila berhalangan
- Wajib mengikuti acara nasional bersama dengan Representative

o Secretary :
- Mencatat jalannya rapat (notulen)
- Mengirimkan hasil rapat kepada setiap anggota
- Menyimpan arsip - arsip surat dan data yang ada

o Treasurer:
- Mencatat serta membuat pembukuan yang rinci mengenai keluar masuknya keuangan AMSA UPH

o EB of Membership and Develompment (MnD) :
- Mengkoordinasi (PIC) saat open recruitment
- Memastikan serta membangun kedisiplinan dan kebersamaan anggota

o EB of Finance
- Bertanggung jawab mencari pemasukan (berupa uang) untuk AMSA UPH
- Sebagai koordinator tenda tensi, dan acara fund rising lainnya

o EB of Community Outreach :
- Bertanggung jawab untuk acara - acara sosial kepada masyarakat
- Bertanggung jawab untuk acara “World Health Day” AMSA INA

o EB of Academic :
- Bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan pendidikan dan wawasan anggota AMSA
- Mengkoordinasi untuk acara - acara akademik seperti debate competition,dll

o EB of Public Relation :
- Mempublikasikan acara - acara AMSA UPH ke AMSA-Indonesia maupun memberikan informasi (penyaluran informasi) baik dari dalam maupun keluar
- Mengurus media publikasi melalui internet (fb, twitter,dll)
- Membuat semacam artikel kesehatan untuk brosur setiap 6 bulan sekali, baik internal maupun eksternal

o EB of Multimedia and Documentation (Muldoc) :
- Mendokumentasi acara baik internal maupun eksternal
- Membuat design struktur organisasi
- Mengurus design blog, twitter, fb AMSA UPH, poster, advertisement, dll

o EB of AMSEP :
- Mengkoordinasi jalannya student exchange, serta acara eksternal lainnya (baik nasional maupun internasional) dalam penyaluran informasi maupun pendelegasian anggota AMSA untuk acara - acara tersebut
