1.       Fill out the CV form (applicant form)
       * download form : Form Oprec 2012-2013_2.docx (please print this form)

2.       Make a motivation letter that include:

·         Reasons why you want to join AMSA?

·         What will you give to AMSA?

·         What do you expect to get from AMSA?

·         What division (2) do you want to join? Why? Note that the division should be in order.

Please note that the motivation letter should be:

-           in English

-          printed 2x.

* For MulDoc applicant please give your OWN portfolio/your design.
